Orange Labs and the OUTSMART project organised the 1st OUTSMART stakeholder group meeting on 6th July 2011 in Paris, France.

The meeting:

• introduced the concepts of the Future Internet Public-Private Partnership, a 600MEUR programme partially supported by the European Commission,
• offered an access to the goals and initial steps of the OUTSMART project,
• provided with the opportunity to enter into a bilateral relationship between the project partners, the programme and your city/organisation so that you can shape the future of the Internet.

The meeting collected some 40 enthuasistic project and stakeholder representatives from all five OUTSMART Clusters: Aarhus, Berlin, Birmingham Santander and Trento, in addition to many other locations in Europe.
