Working session proposal guidance

A working session is a facilitated meeting offering interactive exchanges with the audience. A working session could lend itself to an interactive workshop, a debate, an expert panel discussion etc. Ideally it is supported by materials and interactive tools which participants can access as and when needed. It is not an opportunity for only a PowerPoint presentation, nor for delivering a sale pitch or for any commercial gain.

The working session proposal will be submitted online via a dedicated tool, allowing for interactive features such as comments and voting. You have to login to https://osqa.eurescom.eu system and use the “ask a question” feature to insert your proposal in the free text field.

The structure of the proposal will be in line with the form that can be downloaded from
here.

The Steering Committee reserves itself the right to reject selected proposals in case of doubts about the quality of the session at the final agenda stage. Pre-conference information and regular updates are available at www.fi-dublin.eu and http://www.future-internet.eu
